Tire Deflator - First Active Air Valve Lock

  • The Tire Deflator is a new and innovative weapon in the battle against auto theft. It releases air from a tire on which it is installed in a controlled manner if the vehicle is placed in motion. Depending on tire size, this happens within 1 to 4 minutes of the vehicle being driven away. Unlike devices that require electricity, the Tire Deflator is small, simple, reliable, highly effective, low cost and installs in seconds. The valve is fully open at 28km/h (17mph) and closed at 14km/h. To use it, simply screw the adapter onto the valve stem of the front driver's side wheel and tighten with the Allen wrench supplied. Then place the tire deflator over the adapter and lock it with the key. Only one is required per vehicle. Any attempt to remove the Tire Deflator without the key by drilling, sawing, hammering or other forceful means will result in tire deflation. It is supplied with two different adapters to fit virtually any valve stem and with highly visible yellow warning stickers to discourage potential thieves.
